Tesla only calibrates for the wheel and tire packages they offer. Honestly, it doesn't make a huge difference except for how the car estimates your range.
If you went with wider tires for better grip, choose the 21-inch option. This will likely give you a slightly lower range estimate.
If you went with narrower tires for better mileage, select the 19-inch option. This should give you a more optimistic range estimate.
Basically, just pick the option that's closest to what you actually have on your car. And once Tesla releases the new Zero G 20-inch wheels, that option will be added to the settings too.
