Adjusting/Removing headrest on Model S plaid

Hoping someone can refresh my memory on the headrests in the new Plaid S. I vaguely recall needing a lever to adjust/remove them, but can't remember the exact location. Anyone know the trick?

Right. The new S seats seem to be a real pain to get into. I've tried a few different tools and techniques, but nothing seems to work. I'm worried about damaging something too, so I'm taking it slow. Let me know if you figure it out. The videos look easier than actual.

I didn’t even realize the headrests on the Plaid could be adjusted or removed. I always thought they were fixed! Is there a specific reason you’re adjusting it, like comfort? @AmsLover got video links and they seem very straight forward and instructive. I'm kinda nervous to do it myself though.

You have to push down pretty hard to get to those clips. Just like on the Model 3 and Y.

These new S seats are giving me a real headache too! Accessing the internals is a nightmare. The tight fit makes it incredibly difficult to even get a look inside. I'm proceeding with caution, trying to avoid any damage, but it's a real struggle. I'll keep chipping away at it, but I'm starting to wonder if I'm missing something obvious.
