Saw this rad vid on YT where this dude in a Model S was chilling with games on the back screen. Super cool, huh? But when I checked mine, no games whatsoever. Just YouTube, Netflix, and all that jazz. Do I need to tweak something on the main screen to get games on the rear one too?

I've heard that's the case. It seems like the game account is linked to the car itself, not to a specific driver. That might be why you're having trouble transferring your progress. It's a bit of a bummer, but hopefully they'll change that in the future. The video TsongJoey_ posted is helpful.

So, if you can't find any gaming options on your rear screen this means your car software doesn't support them. In this case, @TsongJoey_ is right. Update the software. If there is no software available, then hopefully there will be one in the future. Though, to me, this is the first hearing about gaming on the rear screen. I find it pretty cool.
