We recently had the information center on our 2015 Tesla Model S replaced because the original one was leaking a sticky fluid, and the computer chip had issues. We opted for the new screen, updated chip, and added the FM radio option.

Now, here’s the issue: we can only access FM radio, and I thought the new setup would allow us to subscribe to SiriusXM, but I can’t find that option anywhere. On top of that, our old system used to give us access to stations like 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, and Yacht Rock, which we really enjoyed, but those seem to be missing now.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there a setting we’re overlooking, or is SiriusXM not an option with the new setup?

See if there's a software update for your Tesla. Sometimes that fixes stuff. Also, make sure your SiriusXM is active and linked to your car. You might need to reset it.

It’s possible that SiriusXM is not enabled in the new system or requires an additional subscription.
