I'm a little freaked out here as a new Tesla owners. The other day, my Model S 75D died altogether. It was about 70 degrees, the car had been in the sun all day, and we were prepared to go to a party. Nothing happened when I got in. Dead, no lights, no power.

We returned a few hours later when it was cooler after having to use a different vehicle. It began right up, which surprised me. Is this typical Model S behavior? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

It could have been a system reboot, like when the entertainment system crashes. The car may still drive, but you won’t get feedback until it resets
